This salad is a harmony of freshness and vibrant flavors. European cuisine has always been known for its ability to combine simple ingredients into elegant dishes, and this salad is a perfect example of that. Sweet, juicy orange segments provide a refreshing citrus note, while tender green peas add lightness. Carrot ribbons contribute a crunchy texture and natural sweetness, and pumpkin seeds bring a subtle nutty touch. Olives add zestiness, while olive oil and fresh parsley tie all the components together. This salad is ideal as a light appetizer or side dish, especially in the spring-summer season.
