Baked red pepper with pink tomatoes and onion Bulgarian style is a bright and aromatic dish that embodies Mediterranean traditions. In Greece and Bulgaria, baked pepper is often used as a base for light, fresh salads. Its sweet, smoky flavor pairs wonderfully with juicy pink tomatoes and the mild spiciness of fresh onion. Olive oil adds richness to the dish while feta cheese contributes a creamy salty note. This salad is not only easy to prepare but also perfect as a standalone appetizer or as an accompaniment to traditional Greek dishes like fresh bread and olives. Serving this dish is an art in itself as it combines the simplicity of ingredients with the depth of flavors found in Mediterranean cuisine.
