Farro Caprese is a harmonious blend of an ancient grain and fresh Mediterranean flavors. Farro, known for its rich nutty undertone and soft texture, gains special expressiveness in this recipe thanks to cherry tomatoes, fragrant basil, and delicate mozzarella. White wine vinegar and olive oil add a subtle tang and rich depth of flavor to the dish. This recipe was born as a culinary reinterpretation of the classic Caprese salad, but instead of the traditional combination of cheeses and vegetables, nutritious farro is used, making the dish not only elegant but also nourishing. Perfect as a light lunch or hearty side dish, it brings a sense of freshness and sophistication to French cuisine.
