Vegetable salad with cabbage and meat is a hearty and appetizing dish of Russian cuisine, combining fresh vegetables with aromatic fried meat. Its roots go back to the traditions of home cooking, where simplicity of preparation meets rich flavor. Crunchy cabbage, sweet beetroot, and carrots harmonize beautifully with golden potatoes and tender pieces of meat. Pickled onions in mayonnaise add zest to the dish, while the final dressing unites all ingredients into a cohesive composition. This salad is perfect for both everyday dinners and festive gatherings, delighting with its rich taste and textural variety.
