Boil the beetroot and potatoes.

- Potato: 3 pieces

While the vegetables are boiling, place the croutons in a salad bowl and pour 1/3 of the mayonnaise over them.
- Sausage and cheese flavoured croutons: 150 g
- Mayonnaise: 250 g

Cut the sausage and potatoes into cubes, finely chop the cheese. Grate the beetroot. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
