Let the mollusks and artichoke hearts dry in a sieve.
- Canned Clams: 400 g

Cut the lettuce leaves into strips.
- Iceberg lettuce: 1 piece

Take four cocktail vases and fill them with strips of salad.

Place the mollusks and artichoke hearts on top.

Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, sugar, cognac, Tabasco sauce, salt, and spread the prepared mixture over the mollusks.
