Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, generously salt it, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Fusilli pasta: 340 g
- Salt: to taste

Drain the water from the cooked pasta, add a little olive oil to prevent sticking, and let it cool slightly.
- Olive oil: 50 ml

Cut the red onion into large cubes.
- Red onion: 50 g

Remove seeds and white veins from the sweet pepper. Cut into cubes. Chop the cucumbers coarsely.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Cucumbers: 100 g

Cut the cherries in half.
- Cherry tomatoes: 250 g

- Salt: to taste
