Lightly pound the chicken fillet to an even thickness. Rub with salt, pepper, and dried thyme, then brush with olive oil.
- Chicken breast: 300 g

Heat the pan and fry the fillet until cooked, 4 minutes on each side. Transfer the fillet to a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then slice it thinly.

Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings, rinse in cold water and dry. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
