Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chopped meat until brown. Remove from the pan. Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop finely. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté with chili in the remaining fat from the meat. Add tomatoes and chopped meat, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Meat: 500 g
- Chili pepper: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 piece
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Canned tomatoes: 400 g

Boil the pasta in salted water. Add peas 4 minutes before it's done. Drain the water. Combine the pasta, peas, and tomato-meat sauce, and add pepper.
- Pasta: 300 g
- Frozen green peas: 150 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Place in a heatproof dish. Slice the cheese and distribute it on top of the mixture. Bake in the oven under the grill for 5 minutes.
