1
We place a pot of water on the stove to boil pasta. After boiling, we add salt and cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, not fully cooking it, just for a minute or two.
- Paste: 250 g

Meanwhile, we chop the garlic into large pieces and place it in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. We sauté it for just a minute or two to let the garlic infuse its aroma into the oil, after which we throw the garlic in the trash as it has served its purpose.
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Olive oil: to taste

Add shrimp to the garlic butter and sauté for just 2-3 minutes, then place them on a plate. In the pan with the butter, pour in the cream and let it simmer a bit, after which add the melted cheese and cook the sauce on low heat for another 5 minutes until the cheese is completely dissolved in the cream.
- Peeled shrimp: 400 g
- Cream 10%: 200 ml
- Processed cheese: 100 g

Meanwhile, we finely chop the dill, adding most of it to the creamy cheese sauce along with the rested fried shrimp on the plate. We let the sauce simmer with the shrimp for a couple of minutes, then drain the cooked spaghetti through a colander, leaving a small amount of the water they were cooked in (about a cup), and add them to the sauce.
- Dill: 1 bunch
- Peeled shrimp: 400 g

Add spaghetti to the sauce, mix everything well, and add pasta water so that the mixture is not dry, then simmer the pasta on low heat for a couple of minutes. When serving, sprinkle with the remaining chopped dill.
- Paste: 250 g
- Olive oil: to taste
- Dill: 1 bunch
