Cut the tomatoes crosswise, dip them in boiling water for 30 seconds, then use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a sieve and peel off the skin. Cut the flesh into cubes.

Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into strips.

Cut the tuna into pieces.
- Canned tuna in its own juice: 350 g

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
- Onion: 1 head
- Garlic: 1 clove

Boil the pasta in a large amount of salted water for 5 minutes. Add the green beans and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Penne pasta: 400 g
- Green beans: 300 g

Sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil. Add tomatoes and sweet pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Drain the pasta with beans in a colander and mix it with the tuna and vegetables. Leave on the heat for another 2 minutes. Season to taste.
