Pizza with fish, mushrooms, and green peas is an unusual combination of ingredients that gives this Italian dish a unique flavor. The crispy yeast dough base pairs perfectly with juicy tomato puree, spicy oregano, and tender herring fillet. Mushrooms add a pleasant texture, while olives and green peas provide a light spiciness and freshness. Generously topped with grated cheese, this pizza variant acquires a rich creamy taste. This dish is perfect for those who love culinary experiments and want to try something new while still having hints of traditional Italian cuisine. It is recommended to serve the pizza hot, right after baking, so the cheese remains gooey and the aromas are fully released.
