Spaghetti with shrimps in creamy soy sauce

Put a pot with 2 liters of water on the stove.

When the water boils, add salt to taste and add the spaghetti, cooking for a couple of minutes less than indicated on the package (so the pasta is slightly undercooked).
- Salt: to taste
- Spaghetti made from durum wheat: 300 g

Clean the shrimp (leave a couple or three unpeeled) and cut into 2-3 pieces.
- Tiger prawns: 8 pieces

Pour olive oil into a heated pan (it's better to use a pan with high sides), add garlic, and fry the garlic until golden.
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Add unpeeled shrimp to the garlic, after a couple of minutes add peeled chopped shrimp and add finely chopped basil. Sauté everything for a couple of minutes until the shrimp turn red and have a slightly golden color.
- Tiger prawns: 8 pieces
- Green basil: 1 sprig

Add soy sauce and a couple of spoons of water from the pot where the pasta is boiling to the shrimp (to prevent the shrimp from burning).
- Soy sauce: 50 ml

After about three minutes, after adding soy sauce to the shrimp, use tongs to remove the spaghetti and add it to the shrimp (if the shrimp with spaghetti start to burn, you can add a couple of spoonfuls of water from the spaghetti to the pan), mix everything and add cream, mix again; once the cream boils, turn off the heat, mix everything thoroughly and cover with a lid. The pasta is ready.
- Spaghetti made from durum wheat: 300 g
- Heavy cream: 300 g

Grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
- Parmesan cheese: 100 g

Place the pasta on plates, top with unpeeled shrimp (for decoration), and sprinkle everything with parmesan.
