Roast beef

Roast beef is a classic British dish, a symbol of hearty Sunday lunches. Juicy pieces of beef tenderloin marinated in a fragrant mix of soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil acquire a rich flavor with subtle Eastern notes. Pan-searing creates a golden crust, while subsequent baking in foil retains the meat's juiciness. After a short rest, the roast beef becomes tender and melts in the mouth. It is served hot with sides or chilled as a main ingredient for sandwiches and appetizers. Its rich meaty flavor pairs perfectly with mustard sauce or horseradish, while traditional British Yorkshire pudding makes the meal truly authentic.
