Dorado with fragrant bulgur and honey-lime sauce is a culinary embodiment of Arab gastronomy, where simple ingredients transform into an exquisite dish. The tender fish, baked to a golden crust, absorbs the sweet-spicy sauce of honey and lime, acquiring a delicate caramelized texture. The bulgur, infused with the aromas of sautéed vegetables, garlic, and herbs, complements the juicy fish, creating a harmonious ensemble of flavors and textures. This dish is perfect for a special dinner when you want to enjoy the richness of Eastern aromas. Its lightness and freshness make it an excellent choice for warm evenings with loved ones.
