Turkey stewed in a multicooker
2 servings
40 minutes
Turkey stewed in a multicooker is a delightful dish of American cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. The tender and aromatic turkey meat, infused with spices and garlic, reveals its taste during slow cooking. Thanks to the pre-marination of the thighs, it becomes especially tender, while the addition of a pepper mix adds spiciness. The finished dish pairs perfectly with rice or mashed potatoes, as well as fresh vegetable salads. This versatile recipe is suitable for both everyday dinners and festive tables, bringing comfort and enjoyment to every bite.

1
Wash the turkey thighs and dry them.
- Turkey thigh: 1 piece
2
We make incisions in the thigh in several places for better marination and salting.
3
Next, we water it with any vegetable oil (olive, sunflower).
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml
4
Sprinkle with a mixture of peppers (you can use any spices you like), evenly rub with pepper and salt.
- Mix of peppers: pinch
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
5
We slice the garlic into thin pieces and place it in the cuts.
- Garlic: 2 cloves
6
Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours (I prepare it in the morning to throw it in the multicooker when I get home from work)
7
Grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with oil, place the turkey thigh, and set to simmer for 40 minutes. This recipe is also suitable for frying in a pan on low heat.
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml

The cooked meat easily comes off the bone and can be sliced. Usually, one thigh is enough for 2 servings. It's better served with rice or mashed potatoes. Any vegetable salad also works as a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
