Soft Turkey Cutlets

Soft turkey cutlets are a tender and aromatic dish of Russian cuisine that perfectly combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. The history of cutlets traces back to European traditions, but in Russia they have taken on a unique shape and cooking method. Using turkey makes the cutlets light and healthy, while adding milk and bread gives them special juiciness. A light crispy crust created by dipping in flour and frying in a mixture of butter and olive oil complements the softness of the minced meat, where onion, garlic, and parsley harmoniously blend together. Baking in the oven completes the process, allowing the aromas to unfold. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner as well as for a festive table setting, pairing well with sides of fresh vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes.
