Simple Falafel
4 servings
40 minutes
A minimalist option for those who are trying to cook and are probably eating falafel for the first time in their lives and, for example, are afraid of deep frying. The only spices used are the obligatory cumin. And instead of deep frying, an oven is used, so, strictly speaking, these are not falafel at all, but chickpea cutlets.
