Riverland-style fish pie is the embodiment of Westeros' fishing cuisine, born in Riverrun by the banks of turbulent rivers. This hearty and aromatic dish combines the richness of aquatic treasures, the freshness of vegetables, and the tenderness of mashed potatoes. Baked fish, juicy shrimp, spinach, and tomatoes create a delightful harmony of flavors, while a cheesy layer with carrots and celery gives the pie a golden crust. The spiciness of chili pepper and freshness of parsley add a light zest, making each forkful unforgettable. This pie is the perfect choice for a warm family dinner or a cozy evening by the hearth when you want to feel the spirit of travel, the sea, and fishing tales.
