Beef tenderloin in yogurt-garlic marinade

Beef tenderloin in yogurt-garlic marinade is a refined dish of European cuisine, where the tenderest meat combines with the spicy aroma of spices. The yogurt marinade with lemon juice, garlic, and paprika gives the dish a rich flavor while softening the meat's texture. This ancient cooking method is popular among chefs for its simplicity and stunning results. Grilling creates an appetizing crust, while resting under foil makes the meat even juicier. Such a steak is perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy family evening and can be served with grilled vegetables, fresh salads, or a sauce based on the leftover marinade.

1
Take beef tenderloin and cut it into portion-sized pieces, about 3 cm thick.

- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic: 5 clove
- Ground black pepper: to taste

We dip the meat in the marinade and mix it, then place it in the fridge overnight.
