To make yogurt, put all the yogurt ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend. Transfer the finished yogurt to a container and store it in the refrigerator until needed.

To make falafel, mix green onion, garlic, cilantro, and mint in a blender and chop thoroughly.

Add chickpeas, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt, baking powder, and Tabasco sauce. Continue mixing all the ingredients until the dough reaches a consistency similar to oatmeal.

Slightly moisten your hands with oil and shape 4 patties for hamburgers.

Sprinkle each cutlet with oil. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
