Chicken skewers are a simple and delicious recipe from American cuisine, perfect for barbecues or cozy family dinners. Marinated pieces of chicken breast soaked in a fragrant mix of lemon juice, honey, garlic, and spices gain incredible juiciness and rich flavor. Grilling gives the meat a light caramelized crust and delightful smoky aroma. This dish is especially convenient for serving at parties – it's easy to eat without utensils, and the skewers add a fun serving element. Chicken skewers pair harmoniously with grilled vegetables, fresh salads, or spicy sauces, making the meal diverse and appetizing.

1
Cut the chicken into strips and place it in a resealable bag. I usually cut each chicken breast into 3 strips.

- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Honey: 2 teaspoons
- Ground cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander: 1 teaspoon

3
Pour about 1/4 cup of marinade into the chicken bag. Mix well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Chicken breast fillet: 340 g
4
Cover and place the remaining marinade in the refrigerator.
5
Pour off the marinade from the chicken.
6
Skewer the chicken pieces on sticks.
7
Spray the grill with non-stick spray before heating.
