In a pot, mix honey, 1/2 cup of salt, Tabasco sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepper, and 8 cups of boiling water. Let the mixture cool, then place the pork in the pot and refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, sugar, ground garlic, onion, and chopped garlic cloves. Fill an injector with apple juice.
