Boil young potatoes. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool.
- New potatoes: 500 g
- Salt: to taste

Heat olive oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent. Increase the heat and add sausages. Fry, stirring and breaking the sausages into small pieces. Add clams and pour in 1 cup of water. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes.

- Onion: 1 head
- Pork sausages: 250 g
- Mollusks: 1 kg

Then add the mussels, potatoes, and mix. Cover with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes.
