In a saucepan, heat olive oil over low heat. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Let it cool.
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Onion: 2 heads
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, horseradish, cream, 2 tbsp of ketchup, egg, breadcrumbs, and half of the fried onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

- Cream: 1 glass
- Ketchup: 5 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs: 75 g
- Onion: 2 heads
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Place the mixture in a baking dish, form a roll. Sprinkle with remaining onion and garlic, brush with ketchup. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the finished roll from the oven and let it cool.
