For preparation, you will need 2 steaks of about 200 g each. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.

Sear one steak for about 30-45 seconds on each side, then place it on a plate and cover with foil. Add the remaining vegetable oil and 1 tsp of butter to the pan and repeat the process with the second steak.

In the same skillet, melt 2 tsp of butter over high heat. Peel and finely chop the shallot, and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
