Cut the beef into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pot and fry the meat pieces over high heat. Place the fried beef on a plate.
- Beef tenderloin: 2 kg
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Canola oil: 4 tablespoons

Sauté chopped onion and garlic in a pot, then return the browned meat pieces and add tomato paste. Cook while stirring frequently and scraping the stuck bits from the bottom with a wooden spatula. Then add oregano, chili, cayenne pepper, paprika, Tabasco sauce, and cumin. Cook for another minute.
- Onion: 5 head
- Garlic: 5 clove
- Tomato paste: 150 g
- Dried oregano: 4 tablespoons
- Ground chili pepper: 3 tablespoons
- Ground cayenne pepper: 4 teaspoons
- Sweet paprika: 1 tablespoon
- TABASCO®: 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin: 1 teaspoon

Pour in 5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer on low for about 2 hours. Season with salt, cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
