Place a steamer rack in a large pot and add 2.5 cm of water. Bring to a boil.

Add the shrimp. Cover and cook for 30 seconds to 4 minutes (depending on the size of the shrimp), flipping once, until the shrimp are no longer translucent.

Immediately transfer the shrimp to a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and chop into small pieces.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix shrimp with sour cream, mayonnaise, and onion. Add lemon zest and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Peeled shrimp: 230 g
- Sour cream 10%: 5 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise: 5 tablespoon
- Green onions: 2 bunchs
- Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
- Coarse salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Leave the dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 2 days to cool. Serve the dip garnished with green onions.
