- Oyster sauce: 2 teaspoons

Preparing the sauce. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

We fry the meat. Fill the wok pan halfway with water, add salt, and bring the water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for about 1 minute. Drain the water and set aside.

Wipe the wok and return it to the heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat it up. Place the beef in the hot oil, spreading it out with a spatula to form a single layer so all pieces are cooked. Fry for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Cook until half-done, remove from the wok and set aside.
