Heat a large non-stick skillet over high heat.

Place the corn kernels and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the corn starts to brown in spots or 'pop'.
- Fresh corn: 4 glasss

Add onion and pepper, cook for another 4 minutes or until the onion and pepper are softened.
- Onion: 5 head
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece

Add garlic, cumin, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper to taste.
- Finely chopped garlic: 4 cloves
- Ground cumin: 1.5 teaspoon
