Cut the beef into 1 cm cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a thick-bottomed pot and heat well. Fry the meat until golden brown.
- Beef: 600 g
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Then remove the meat from the pot and add diced onion. Fry the onion until it becomes soft. Then add minced garlic and fry for another 2 minutes. After that, add cumin and keep on heat for another 2 minutes.

Then pour 1 cup of dark beer into the pot. Reduce the beer until it is almost gone from the pot.
- Dark beer: 1 glass

Puree tomatoes, preferably without skin, together with peeled bell pepper.
- Tomatoes in their own juice: 1 jar

Add meat to the pot with beer, pour in vegetable puree and chicken broth, add honey and red pepper. Salt to taste. Simmer for about 45 minutes.

Then add the beans and simmer for another 15 minutes.
