Thai-style salmon is an amazing blend of Russian culinary tradition with exotic notes from Southeast Asia. The tender fish absorbs the vibrant aromas of a marinade rich in spicy chili pepper, fresh lime zest, and zesty grated ginger. Soy sauce adds a rich flavor to the dish while enhancing the natural juiciness of the salmon. Baked in the oven, it develops an appetizing golden crust while remaining soft inside. This dish is perfect for dinner, pairing well with rice or fresh vegetables. Thai-style salmon is a gastronomic journey that combines classic Russian love for fish with Thai passion for spices and aromas.
