In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, soy sauce, crushed pineapple, pepper, and soaked breadcrumbs.
- Minced chicken: 500 g
- Garlic: 40 g
- Ginger: 2 teaspoons
- Green onions: 25 g
- Soy sauce: 0.5 glass
- Canned pineapple: 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Thoroughly mix the ingredients by hand, then shape the resulting mince into balls. Place 2-3 tablespoons of meat in the patties.
- Minced chicken: 500 g

Sauce: in a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Pour this mixture into the teriyaki sauce and simmer until it thickens to a syrup-like consistency, about 5 minutes.
