Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces (shape doesn't matter). Place the chicken in a deep plate.
- Chicken fillet: 500 g

Break the egg. Add starch, crushed garlic, salt, and spices.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Potato starch: 2.5 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Salt: to taste
- Spices: to taste

Add mayonnaise. Make sure the mixture is not too runny. Mix thoroughly.

Spoon the prepared chicken mixture onto a hot skillet with oil.
