Rice with turkey, ginger and cardamom

Heat a pan or another container, pour in vegetable oil in an amount that won't make you feel sick.

We chop the onion and grate the carrot and ginger on a coarse grater, and peel the garlic.

Fry ginger and garlic for half a minute to release their aroma. Then add onion and carrot and sauté until the onion is golden. Meanwhile, cut the meat into small pieces.

Add meat, cardamom pods, salt to taste, mix everything together, and fry for a few minutes.

Pour hot water so that the water level is about 1 cm above the rice level. Wait for it to boil, then leave it on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
