Barabulka with asparagus beans is a refined dish of Russian cuisine that combines tender sea fish with bright, fresh vegetables. Barabulka, known for its rich and slightly sweet flavor, gains special juiciness from baking with beans that retain its tenderness. Olives, cherry tomatoes, and garlic add piquant and sweet notes, while olive oil and soy sauce deepen the taste. This dish is an ideal choice for lovers of healthy and aromatic food filled with Mediterranean motifs.

Place beans, olives, cherry tomatoes, and whole garlic cloves (not cut) in a dish. You can add potatoes if desired.
