Glazed chicken wings in a wok are a true celebration of flavor, where the juiciness of chicken meat combines with the caramel tenderness of honey glaze. This recipe incorporates traditional Asian cooking techniques and European accents. Dipping the wings in a sauce with honey, soy sauce, and spices gives them a rich aroma with light sweet-salty notes. Quick frying in a wok at high temperature gives them a crispy crust while keeping the inside juicy. The dish is perfect as an appetizer for friendly gatherings or as a main treat paired with rice or vegetables. Garnished with green onions and dried garlic, the wings become not only tasty but also aesthetically appealing. Their spicy flavor and aroma make them unforgettable on any table.
