Cut the pork into pieces 1–1.5 cm thick and lightly pound.
- Pork tenderloin: 500 g

Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the pan and fry the pork in vegetable oil.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

For the sauce, blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and cut into large pieces. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper (to taste, can use 1/5 part).

Put tomatoes, chili pepper, basil leaves (dried can be used), 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, thyme, 2 cloves of minced garlic, other spices to taste (Italian or Provençal herbs), and two pinches of salt in the blender. Pour in 100 milliliters of water. Blend all ingredients.

- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon

- Water: 100 ml

Pour the sauce into the pan (no oil needed), bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Place the meat in the boiling sauce and leave for a couple of minutes. Ready! The dish can be served with any garnish of your choice.
