Peel the potato. Cut it into slices.

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise and Italian herb blend.
- Mayonnaise: 240 g
- Italian Herb Blend: 2 teaspoons

Add potatoes to the prepared sauce. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Bake until done. Some ovens will manage in 20 minutes. In old ovens (like mine), you'll have to wait about 40 minutes.
