Clean the fish from skin, scales, and fins. Cut into several pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the dish with vegetable oil and place the fish in it, pour cream over it, and top with sliced mushrooms. Cover with foil and cook for 20-25 minutes.
