We wash the potatoes thoroughly. Then we pour in water to slightly cover the potatoes. We boil until ready. We drain the water.

We make garlic butter: 100 g of soft butter, 5 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 3 peeled and crushed garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.
- Butter: 100 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 5 tablespoon
- Sour cream: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Parsley: 60 g

Mix everything, season with ground pepper and salt if needed. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and place them in a greased baking dish. Spread garlic butter on each potato and put it in a preheated oven at 250 degrees. Cooking time is 10-15 minutes.
