Pass the garlic through a press, add salt, pepper, dried basil, and rub the mixture onto the drumsticks.
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Pre-fry the chicken legs in a small amount of vegetable oil until semi-cooked. In a greased dish, place the washed rice and frozen vegetables, and mix. Lay the chicken legs on top of the mixture.
