Chicken fillet rolls stuffed with cottage cheese are a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken with the creamy texture of cottage cheese. Historically, such rolls emerged as a way to give simple fillet a rich flavor and juiciness. The mild sharpness of garlic and warm hue of turmeric add piquant notes, while fresh herbs refresh the taste. Baked in the oven, they retain juiciness thanks to the delicate sour cream filling. These rolls are perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy family gathering. They can be served with a light salad, potato side dish, or baked vegetables. The wonderful combination of simple ingredients creates an exquisite flavor that will delight even the most discerning gourmets.
