Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, add three eggs, constantly stir and break them into small pieces. When the eggs are ready, transfer them to a bowl.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan again, fry the finely chopped onion and carrot separately, and add them to the eggs.

Add fried eggs, onion, and carrot. Pour in soy sauce. If using concentrated thick sauce, dilute it with warm water. Mix well.

While roasting the ingredients, boil the noodles. Place in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain in a colander, and rinse with cold water.
