Boiled shrimp with lemon and dill
4 servings
20 minutes
Shrimp boiled with lemon and dill is a true delight of European cuisine. This recipe, rooted in coastal traditions, combines the fresh aroma of lemon with spicy dill, creating an exquisite seafood flavor. Bay leaves and peppercorns add light spicy notes, while garlic enhances the rich taste of the shrimp. The dish is perfect for both festive tables and light dinners. An important feature is soaking the shrimp in aromatic brine after boiling, allowing them to absorb all the nuances of flavor ingredients. It can be served with a glass of white wine, fresh vegetables, or crispy baguette to enjoy every juicy bite.
