Duck with apples, grapes, and red wine is a true decoration of the Russian festive table. The combination of aromatic duck meat with sweet-sour apples, tender grapes, and rich wine sauce creates a harmony of flavors that captivates from the first bite. The dish has deep roots: roasted duck has long been served at formal dinners, symbolizing abundance and hospitality. The honey crust adds an appetizing gloss and subtle sweetness, while spices enhance the depth of aroma. It is recommended to serve with a glass of red wine to highlight the dish's sophistication. Such a duck will become the centerpiece of family celebrations, enveloping the home in warm aromas and creating an atmosphere of coziness.
