Beef Stroganoff with tomato sauce is an exquisite dish of European cuisine that combines tender beef and a rich, velvety sauce. This recipe originated in 19th century Russia but gained worldwide popularity due to its simplicity and refined taste. The classic version uses sour cream sauce; however, adding tomato paste gives the dish a pleasant tanginess and slight spiciness. The beef, cut into thin strips, is first lightly beaten and then fried until golden brown. Onions stewed with sour cream and tomato sauce create a rich base that keeps the meat juicy. Beef Stroganoff pairs excellently with potato, rice, or pasta sides, while fresh parsley adds a bright aroma. This versatile dish is suitable for both cozy family dinners and festive gatherings.
