Preheat the grill or barbecue.

In a bowl, mix chopped rosemary, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Add diced fish and stir.
- Freshly chopped rosemary: 2 teaspoons
- Extra virgin olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Coarse salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Grated lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0.3 teaspoon
- Salmon fillet: 500 g

On skewers, alternate cherry tomatoes and pieces of fish.
