Pork ribs in citrus marinade

120 minutes
Citrus-marinated pork ribs are a vibrant and aromatic dish inspired by Chinese culinary traditions. The combination of fresh lime and sweet orange creates a rich, refreshing flavor that is harmoniously complemented by spices and the gentle acidity of balsamic vinegar. The subtle aroma of thyme and the spiciness of garlic add depth to the meat, while the marinating process makes it especially juicy and tender. Grilling or barbecuing gives the ribs an appetizing caramelized crust, while the thickened citrus sauce completes the dish with a silky texture and exquisite taste. This dish is perfect for warm evenings outdoors, where it can be served with a light vegetable side or fragrant rice, creating a gastronomic journey into the heart of Eastern cuisine.
