Cod with curry is an exquisite dish that combines the tenderness of white fish with spicy Eastern notes of curry. While cod is traditionally associated with European cuisine, the addition of aromatic spices brings warmth of Indian motifs. The fillet marinated in a yogurt curry marinade gains a rich flavor and soft texture. Quick frying in a mixture of butter and olive oil creates a crispy crust, while fresh cilantro adds a light herbal freshness. This dish is perfect for both cozy family dinners and festive tables. The harmony of spices and the tenderness of the fish makes it a versatile and memorable option for lovers of unusual gastronomic combinations.
